SUMMARY OF THE CASE
This case developed in the location of Kumburgaz between the years 2007, 2008, and 2009. Its main witness was a night guard named Yalcin Yalman, who while on duty registered video of strange objects that appeared at sunrise like floating or changing while in flight over the sea on the coast of Marmara. Yalman was able to film many video segments, some during the day accompanied by witnesses with whom he spoke to while he was filming.
Note: (This analysis has to do with the Turkey UFO video. The objects were spotted over the sea near Turkey
between 2007 and 2009 and witnessed by local residents).
One singularity of this case was that the images were made with a camera that had an adapter for close ups of 200X optical, achieving a great amount of detail of the objects.
At first, the videos were analyzed and made public by the SIRIUS UFO organization, directed by the researcher Haktan Akdogan. This case made big news in Turkey and in other countries as well. It also started a great debate between the official members of the Turkish scientific community. Specifically the NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR THE STUDY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (TUBITAK) got interested in analyzing the original footage, with the intention of determining that the video was nothing more than a hoax, gambling on the idea of scale models, toys, or CGI.
The original tape was handed to the TUBITAK representatives on live TV in their own headquarters. Once the analysis was concluded, they gave an official report from which we took the following fragment:
"The objects observed on the images have a structure made of a specific material and are definitely not any kind of CGI animation or in any means a type of special effects used for simulation in a studio or for video effects. So the conclusion of this report is that the observations are not a model, marquette, or a fraud" and the last part of the report, "it's concluded that the objects observed have a physical structure and are made of materials that don't belong to any category of (airplanes, helicopters, meteors, Venus, Mars, satellites, artificial lights, Chinese lanterns, etc.) and that it mostly fits in the category of UFO's (Unidentified Flying Objects and of unknown origin)".
Other analysis was done by video specialist, image edition and special effect companies from Japan, Russia, and Turkey, all ending up with the same conclusions. In Chile, I asked professor José Atenas to technically examine the videos, an expert in graphics and video with more than 30 years of experience on television. In his appreciation, José Atenas also came to the same conclusions that the images are authentic.
So far nobody has been able to demonstrate that the recordings are product of tricks or some type of manipulation. Therefore, the debate has concentrated more over the nature and origin of the objects filmed by Yalcin Yalman.
SOME CONSIDERATIONS
To be honest, at the beginning my idea was to analyze the videos hoping to find some elements in them that would be evidence of a possible fraud, taking in count the spectacular manner in which the case was labeled (announced that for the very first time a UFO was videotaped with its occupants precisely inside one of the objects) not a minor issue for those of us who are obsessed with these themes. It was from skepticism, and why not say it, with a quote of prejudgment I decided to take some time and checkout the fragments of the movie. You could say that my expectations were to "find the string of the puppet".
To make the analysis, I used electronic copies of the original videos, given to me by the Turkish investigator Haktan Akdogan, who picked up this case first handed. I met with Haktan personally to comment about this incident and I was very grateful of him handing me a copy of the original tape, with which I could accomplish this work.
The analysis will be exposed in a chronological and sequential way, in the same order that the research and results came.
Finally, what I present here is only a portion of all that was extracted from the videos and from the image analysis. It is a lot of material and when the moment comes I will complete this publication with more findings.
FIRST APPRECIATIONS RELATED TO THE VIDEOS
There is always a first impression, and it even can be subjective, and by the way, preliminary.
At first look, it called my attention to the honesty of the takes. That is, you can't observe any kind of tendency or intention of hiding something. It is clear that the film man does everything possible to configure his camera the best way to capture the objects; he makes constant changes in light entry and zoom, trying to show as clearly possible what is happening while he films. He also worries on registering different reference points and at the same time making very powerful close-ups.
Even at first if the appreciation can be subjective, as I mentioned before, it must be considered in the context of an attitude and disposition totally open of the witness, who has shown his face and delivered all the background of this case, including the video camera and the original tapes.
After my first look, at the (IMAGE: film grain, illumination, close ups, and reference points also AUDIO: ambient sound, narration, and witness attitude) agrees totally with an authentic recording of objects at a great distance, filmed at night time (the ones used in this work). There are also daytime recordings with interesting details, but in this analysis will be only the night ones.
Having these observations in account, plus the reports from TUBITAK and the opinion of professor José Atenas, I am willing to do and expose the following graphic analysis.
THE BEGINNING OF THE ANALYSIS AND THE FIRST OBTAINED PHOTOGRAMS
As I mentioned before, the objective of this review was to find elements that would reveal a fraud or a setup in the sequences of the video. For this I realized an exhaustive observation of the images, with a considerable close up and frame by frame process. The video segments used in this part correspond to the June 8th, 2008 and May 13th, 2009 dates. (1 and 2)
Given that the most spectacular aspects of the case rest on the alleged presence of UFO occupants in the footage, the observation point was centered primarily in the center zone of the object, that's where, according to the witness; there was "someone", what has been interpreted as the occupants or crew. In summary, the records of the case indicate that in the center of the object would be found some type of door or window that at times remains opened and from where it's possible to see two "heads", which would correspond to the slippery occupants.
A short time after reviewing, I could observe a couple of photograms that caused me strangeness and amazement. My first reaction was to say “Bingo! Here there's something”. After a second view of the fragment, I was able to isolate a sequence that seems, to say the less, interesting. Not just because of the clarity of the takes, but also because the investigation started to turn more complex from the point of view of the different explanation theories possible. In fact, at this point a series of questions appear, that later I will comment on.
In concrete, the sequence shows with acceptable clarity the moment in which one of the figures, apparently of humanoid characteristics, raises then looks and it remains for a fraction of time looking right at the front. The appearance is that of a head with two relatively big and dark eyes. Also it is possible to interpret what part of the body of the figure is left to see as a body or small torso in relation to the head. (3 and 4)
In this image only one level filter was applied, increasing the luminosity of the scene. This allows the extraction of the most data possible that the camera could capture, without modifying the image quality.
After checking uncountable times this photogram sequence (5), I got the conviction that the figure in question is not static; by the contrary, it is in permanent movement, in general with the “view” looking down, with the exception of this segment, in which the figure happens from this position to look fixedly at the front, to then lower the “view” again.

Triangular UFO appears in the sky over Amsterdam
This triangle shaped object was sighted near Amsterdam in Wormeveer, Netherlands. The film-maker discovered it to the east outside the village. Since it was windy he first thought at a kite. But it looked larger on the sky and it looked like made of some sort of metal. Also a string was not seen. The object did absolutely not move like a kite. As afterwards the object suddenly flew away lightning fast the film-maker was scared.

Introducing Physical Warp Drives

The Alcubierre warp drive is an exotic solution in general relativity. It allows for superluminal travel at the cost of enormous amounts of matter with negative mass density. For this reason, the Alcubierre warp drive has been widely considered unphysical. In this study, we develop a model of a general warp drive spacetime in classical relativity that encloses all existing warp drive definitions and allows for new metrics without the most serious issues present in the Alcubierre solution. We present the first general model for subluminal positive-energy, spherically symmetric warp drives; construct superluminal warp-drive solutions which satisfy quantum inequalities; provide optimizations for the Alcubierre metric that decrease the negative energy requirements by two orders of magnitude; and introduce a warp drive spacetime in which space capacity and the rate of time can be chosen in a controlled manner. Conceptually, we demonstrate that any warp drive, including the Alcubierre drive, is a shell of regular or exotic material moving inertially with a certain velocity. Therefore, any warp drive requires propulsion. We show that a class of subluminal, spherically symmetric warp drive spacetimes, at least in principle, can be constructed based on the physical principles known to humanity today.

Inace moram reci da razumijem ovog Elona Muska, vec smo bili na Marsu koji kako sam susreo gospodina pimpeka bi se vracali na njega, njezno pozdravljam za laku noc ga u logiku. Mislim logika je da ides dalje od sunca a ne blize, sa vremenom.
Inace nama ako vec pricamo moze novi dom biti samo neki drugi suncevi sustav, ne ovaj, mislim da smo ovaj iscrpili, ako vanzemljaki budu toliko dobri da nas skupe i odvezu, jer koliko vidimo ni do Marsa ne mozemo doci sami

Kako to mislis "vec smo bili na Marsu"? I kako smo to iscrpili Suncev sustav?
Doduse, volim zamisljati nasu povijest kao neprekidno vracanje istog pa se zabavljam iscitavanjem mitoloskih prica i religijskih spisa, te arheoloskih nalaza kao upozorenje na ono sto dolazi jer je vec bilo... Drugacije receno, prica o paleokontaktima, prica je o nama samima - nesto slicno pojavilo se u Interstellaru.

Pa prema nekim "legendama" koje su dosta rasirene medju ufolozima, vec smo zivjeli na Marsu odnosno, navodno su i nadjeni humanoidni ostaci, ne znam vise gdje sam to procitala, mislim da ce se nase Sunce "ugasiti" i nas solarni sustav kabum ... znam da neki tvrde da ce to biti za bla, bla, bla godina, ali ako uzmemo legende o Atlanditi navodno smo u nasem solarnom sutavu imali 3, a ne 2 sunca koja su u medjuvremenu eksplodirala i ostalo je jedno, pomakle su se osi svih planeta i tako to. Ako je vjerovati opet ufolozima u 2020- tima ce biti sve vise "otvorenih" kontakata pa mozda saznamo vise.

Doduse, volim zamisljati nasu povijest kao neprekidno vracanje istog pa se zabavljam iscitavanjem mitoloskih prica i religijskih spisa, te arheoloskih nalaza kao upozorenje na ono sto dolazi jer je vec bilo... Drugacije receno, prica o paleokontaktima, prica je o nama samima - nesto slicno pojavilo se u Interstellaru.
Pa prema nekim "legendama" koje su dosta rasirene medju ufolozima, vec smo zivjeli na Marsu odnosno, navodno su i nadjeni humanoidni ostaci, ne znam vise gdje sam to procitala, mislim da ce se nase Sunce "ugasiti" i nas solarni sustav kabum ... znam da neki tvrde da ce to biti za bla, bla, bla godina, ali ako uzmemo legende o Atlanditi navodno smo u nasem solarnom sutavu imali 3, a ne 2 sunca koja su u medjuvremenu eksplodirala i ostalo je jedno, pomakle su se osi svih planeta i tako to. Ako je vjerovati opet ufolozima u 2020- tima ce biti sve vise "otvorenih" kontakata pa mozda saznamo vise.

MOS-6 was Israeli communications satellite, one of the Spacecom AMOS series, that was built by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), a defense and aerospace company.[5]
AMOS-6 was intended to be launched on Flight 29 of a SpaceX Falcon 9 to geostationary transfer orbit (GTO) on 3 September 2016. On 1 September 2016, during the run-up to a static fire test, there was an anomaly on the launch pad, resulting in an explosion and the loss of the vehicle and AMOS-6. There were no injuries.

News outlets of all types have for months been discussing the matter, yet we still don't know exactly what is actually happening here.
Clearly, the narrative is being carefully controlled by the Department of Defense and the Navy. We can only base our speculation on what has been released to the public over the last few years through the media and what is public record. With that said, maybe the most curious additions to the still-developing saga is a set strange aerospace patents filed by one Salvatore Cezar Pais, an aerospace engineer at NAWCAD.
While attempting to dig up as much information as possible about the inventor and these patents, I came across some supplemental documents in the USPTO’s databases that seem to imply that Navy leadership knows that these technologies are actually feasible – or that they want us or someone else to think that they are.
Little information can be found about Salvatore Cezar Pais; he has virtually no web presence. What is known is that he received a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1999 and that he currently works as an aerospace engineer for NAWCAD at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland – the Navy’s top aircraft test base. Pais has published several articles and presented papers at American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics conferences over the years describing his work in electromagnetic propulsion, revolutionary room temperature superconductors, and topics like his PhD dissertation: "Bubble generation under reduced gravity conditions for both co-flow and cross-flow configurations."

The Navy’s Patented Hybrid Underwater Aerospace Craft
Pais is named as the inventor on four separate patents for which the U.S. Navy is the assignee: a curiously-shaped “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator;” a room temperature superconductor; an electromagnetic ‘force field’ generator that could deflect asteroids; and, perhaps the strangest of all, one titled “Craft Using An Inertial Mass Reduction Device.” While all are pretty outlandish-sounding, the latter is the one that the Chief Technical Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise personally vouched for in a letter to the USPTO, claiming the Chinese are already developing similar capabilities.
The patent was first applied for on April 28, 2016, over a decade after the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group encountered strange Tic Tac-shaped aircraft and nearly a year after Navy pilots across multiple squadrons flying out of Naval Air Station Oceana and NAS Norfolk experienced a string of bizarre encounters with unidentified aircraft, some of which, like the Tic Tac, seemed to possess exotic performance capabilities.
The hybrid aerospace-underwater craft in Pais’ patent, meanwhile, is described as being capable of incredible feats of speed and maneuverability and can fly equally well in air, water, or space without leaving a heat signature. This is possible, Pais claims in the patent, because the craft is able to “engineer the fabric of our reality at the most fundamental level” by exploiting the laws of physics.
The concept is fairly simple, although the engineering required to make it a reality is anything but. All matter contains energy on the quantum level. By theoretically creating its own incredibly dense and polarized energy field, the hybrid craft is claimed to be able to create a quantum 'vacuum' around itself which allows it to repel any air or water molecules with which it interacts. Thus, the craft can essentially ignore aerodynamic or hydrodynamic forces, or so it is claimed in the patent.
Throughout his patents and publications describing the hybrid aerospace underwater craft (HAUC), Pais writes that the radical feats of speed and maneuverability of which the craft is supposedly capable can be achieved by coupling "high-frequency axial spin" or "accelerated vibration" with "high-frequency vibrations of electrically charged systems."
In other words, if you can a) create a room temperature superconductor capable of storing an incredibly high amount of energy and b) get the energy field created by that superconductor moving at incredibly high speeds around or within the craft, you can create a polarized energy vacuum around it which allows it to basically ignore the energy of the air or water around it, thereby removing its own inertia and mass from the equation.
In his most recent publication, Pais describes the hybrid aerospace underwater craft as a roughly cone-shaped vehicle that would appear round from the front or rear: “the HAUC is conical in configuration, with an elliptical cross-section, similar in geometry to a hypersonic glide vehicle / dart.” Interestingly enough, the descriptions of the craft in several of Pais’ publications and even the patent for “Craft using an inertial mass reduction device” include room for a crew compartment shielded by a Faraday cage.

Pentagon nije pronašao uvjerljive dokaze o prisutnosti vanzemaljskih svemirskih letjelica na nebu iznad Sjedinjenih Država. Program NLO-a Pentagona pokrenut je 2007. godine, a navodno je bio aktivan do 2012. godine, iako nedavna otkrića bivših zaposlenika tvrde da se nastavio do 2017. Prošle je godine vlada pokrenula novi program nazvan Radna skupina za neidentificirane zračne pojave. Sljedeće izvješće rezimirat će rad oba programa.
Prve informacije o izvještaju o NLO-u otkrili su obavještajni službenici koji su tražili anonimnost od New York Timesa. Naravno, djelovali su neovlašteno.
Pretpostavljam da većina nas nije očekivala da ćemo iz ovog izvještaja naučiti nešto značajno, ali ipak smo se nadali da će vlada dati više odgovora. Očekujem da će deklasificirano izvješće utjecati na novi val spekulacija o tajnama Pentagona. Ne mogu ne pomisliti da znaju mnogo više nego što će se otkriti.

Pentagon nije pronašao uvjerljive dokaze o prisutnosti vanzemaljskih svemirskih letjelica na nebu iznad Sjedinjenih Država. Ipak, stručnjaci su već dobili pristup zanimljivim informacijama i ne isključuju mogućnost da bi ti fenomeni mogli biti vanzemaljska tehnologija. Ovo i još više otkrit će se u nadolazećem izvještaju o NLO-u 25. lipnja.
Izvješće o NLO-u uključivat će rezultate analize preko 120 incidenata od početka stoljeća i bit će predstavljeno američkom Kongresu 25. lipnja.
Prema izvješću, niti jedan od tih slučajeva nije obuhvaćao tajne ili napredne tehnologije američke vojske što eliminira teorije da su neki NLO incidenti uključivali američke tajne testove.
Prema New York Timesu, koji je predstavio pregled onoga što bi se trebalo očekivati, izvještaj NLO-a neće sadržavati mnoge druge ozbiljne zaključke o incidentima, jer obavještajni podaci nisu uspjeli pronaći nijedan konačan dokaz.
Sposobnosti i karakteristike NLO-a uočenih na raznim mjestima ostaju bez objašnjenja. Takve su, na primjer, njihova sposobnost ubrzanja do nevjerojatnih brzina i u zraku i pod vodom.
U vezi s time, izvještaj neće sadržavati konačne dokaze o vanzemaljskim tehnologijama. Odnosno, vlada ostaje nesigurna jesu li pojave bile svemirske letjelice ili nešto drugo. Ipak, ta će mogućnost ostati na razmatranju za buduće analize.
Jedna od dugotrajnih teorija o brojnim incidentima s NLO-om jest da ona uključuje strane eksperimentalne tehnologije.
Prijavljeno je da su američki dužnosnici razmotrili mogućnost da određeni NLO-i mogu biti ruska ili kineska tehnologija.
Poznato je da su obje države ulagale u hipersonično oružje. Ako se potvrdi njihovo sudjelovanje u bilo kojem od navedenih slučajeva NLO-a, to bi značilo da su obje zemlje postigle novu prekretnicu u vojnom razvoju, daleko nadmašujući Ameriku.
Većinu od 120 incidenata obuhvaćenih izvještajem pronašla je ili izvijestila o njima američka mornarica. Tijekom posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci, mi pišemo članak za člankom o različitim slučajevima koji uključuju američku mornaricu. Možda će izvještaj donijeti barem neki uvid u ove incidente.

The purpose of this report
This report is not authored by anyone with direct access to confidential information. Rather, its purpose is to present to the public information that has been released, and to examine that information in a clear, balanced and intelligent light.
The background of the information
The information began to be released on 2 November 2005 by a retired senior official within the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) who calls himself “Anonymous”. Until he chooses to make his name known, this is the way he will be represented here. Anonymous reports that he is not acting individually and is part of a group of six DIA personnel working together as an alliance: three current and three former employees. He is their chief spokesman.
Anonymous writes 85% of the material; another 13% comes from another source directly connected with the project; and the final 1-2% comes from a "ghost," who cancels his e-mail account as soon as he sends his information.
The information is currently being released in installments on a private UFO e-mail list moderated by Victor Martinez. The list contains about a hundred and fifty people, including many extremely well-known names in UFO research and related or leading edge scientific fields. Until permissions are granted, their names will be withheld out of courtesy and to respect confidentiality.
Those on the list have differing views regarding the veracity of Anonymous’ claims. However, the pedigree of the list as a whole is important to emphasize. There has been a substantial amount of intelligent discussion about the revelations, and it is important to state that there are many senior people in the US Intelligence and Military community who are taking this information very seriously.
It may now be time to release this information to a wider audience, in close approximation to the format in which it was originally made available.
Logically there are four possibilities:
1) Anonymous is a prankster and the reported data is either all invented or culled from other sources and added to a wild novelistic story.
2) Anonymous is operating to a planned agenda and the information is deliberately distorted, but contains a core of extraordinary truth.
3) Anonymous is doing his best to report data from an indirect source (personal notes, his own short or long term memory, or another person), but accidental errors, omissions and additions have occurred.
4) Anonymous is reporting everything faithfully and accurately as best as he can present it.
Only possibility (1) means everything should be rejected. The other three necessarily mean that the reports deserve close attention.

Dakle, izvjesce se odnosi na razdoblje od 2004. do 2021. i govori o 144 incidenta..
Intro mi je presmijesan , a smijesno je i izvjesce za javnost kao i navedena brojka incidenata, buduci da su se vojni piloti vrlo cesto susretali s neobicnim letjelicama, mnogo cesce od 144 puta..
